The SOFF Super Chill Classic ("we," "us," "the tournament") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you register, sponsor, donate, or browse this website, and how that information is used.

What we collect

• Registration info: name, email, phone, team details, industry affiliation, t-shirt size, dietary restrictions.
• Sponsor info: company name, contact details, logo file, website URL, sponsor tier.
• Donation info: name (optional), email (optional for receipt), donation amount.
• Payment info: We never see or store your credit card or bank details. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe and PayPal under their privacy policies.
• Site analytics: If Google Analytics is enabled, we collect anonymized data on which pages you visit, your approximate location, and your device type. No personally identifying information.

How we use it

• To register you for the tournament, manage your team's logistics, and contact you about the event.
• To process and confirm your sponsorship or donation.
• To send tournament updates, schedule changes, weather alerts, and post-event recap emails.
• To recognize sponsors publicly on this website, in the event program, and at the event itself (logo display).
• To improve the website and event year-over-year.

What we don't do

• We never sell or rent your information to third parties.
• We never share your contact info with other players, sponsors, or vendors without your permission.
• We never display your phone number, dietary info, or t-shirt size publicly.
• We never store payment card or bank account details on this website.

Third-party services

We use the following services. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Netlify — website hosting and form submission handling.
• Stripe — credit/debit card payment processing.
• PayPal — alternate payment processing.
• Google Fonts — display fonts (no personal data).

Your rights
